Exeter closes C$50 million equity financing (PR Newswire)

Exeter Resource Corporation is pleased to announce that it has closed the C$50 million equity financing previously announced on November 10, 2009 under which the Company sold 8,550,000 common shares of the Company at a price of C$5.85 per share for gross proceeds of C$50,017,500 to a syndicate of underwriters pursuant to a short form prospectus in Canada and a concurrent private placement to persons within the United States and to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons (as such terms are defined in Regulation S under the U.S.
