Santa Fe Progressing to Production of Silver-Gold in 2010
Santa Fe Gold Corporation (OTCBB: SFEG) announced December 7, 2009 continuing progress toward completing the tailings dam at its Banner mill near Lordsburg, New Mexico. The tailings dam is the final item requiring completion to move into production of silver and gold in early 2010. The Banner mill will process high-grade silver-gold ore from the Summit mine near Duncan Arizona. The mill is initially scheduled to process 400 tons per day. The mill has two flotation circuits which provide additional capacity for increasing its processing capability to 800 to 1,000 tons per day.
