Acadian Gold Corporation
Acadian Gold Corporation is a Canadian-based resource company exploring and developing gold and zinc projects in Nova Scotia, Canada. Acadian Gold is bringing a new approach to the development of Nova Scotia gold deposits by pursuing a multiple mine – central processing, managing and servicing strategy. The Company’s principal focus is on the Nova Scotia goldfields where it is the dominant player, controlling four advanced gold projects (which collectively host measured and indicated resources of 527,536 ozs of gold plus inferred resources of 826,670 ozs of gold) and 45 others covering approximately 80,000 hectares (197,600 acres). A 1500 tonne a day mill is being purchased and is set to close on or before July 6, 2006.
